At IntelliSurvey highly experienced project managers handle each survey from inception to closure; we facilitate project flow by integrating tasks such as "sales", "account management", "programming" and "field management" instead of separating them. It's been our experience that this approach reduces survey programming and field management times, and improves quality.

We focus on recruiting and retaining exceptionally bright, diligent, humble project managers (PMs). Our team includes Ivy League graduates, veterans of the United States Armed Forces and Peace Corps, former research study managers for Top 20 Honomichl firms, field managers, tabbers, database architects and technical generalists. In addition to client responsibilities, our PMs also help guide development system priorities, implementation strategies, and application design. Our project managers include fluent speakers of German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish. Our team of 40 project managers is headquartered in Southern California, and spread around the United States and the United Kingdom.

IntelliSurvey developers are responsible for building and managing our proprietary platform. Our developers are also a diverse lot - including an anthropologist, MBA, mathematics PhD, recent CS grads, CTOs, and many with long experience in system design. We focus on solving problems elegantly and extensibly -- and don't shy away from the foundational re-work that's sometimes required to solve a problem properly.
